Exchange Policy

At Emora Fashion, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by offering an exchange policy designed to accommodate your preferences. Please read our exchange guidelines carefully:

 1. No Return Policy
We do not offer a return policy. However, we provide a flexible exchange policy valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.


 2. Eligibility for Exchange
• If you are not satisfied with your selected product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it.
• Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including tags and any accompanying materials.


 3. Steps to Initiate an Exchange
• Notify us of your intent to exchange by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours.
• Send the product to our office address within 3 working days of initiating the exchange. You are responsible for the delivery costs.


4. Quality Check Process
• Once we receive the product, our Quality Check Team will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria.
• This process will take up to 24 hours from the time we receive the product.


5. Credit for Exchange
• Upon successful quality verification, you will receive a store credit equal to the full value of the product.
• This credit can be used to purchase any other product from Emora Fashion.


6. Validity of Credit
• The store credit is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issuance.

Important Notes:

• Products that fail the quality check (due to damage, wear, or missing original packaging) will not be eligible for exchange or credit.
• Emora Fashion reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the exchange.
