Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:If you are not satisfied with your selected product, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving it. Ensure the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including tags and any accompanying materials.

Steps to Initiate an Exchange:Notify us of your intent to exchange by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours (support@emorafashions.com or +91 8689833361). Send the product to our office address within 3 working days of initiating the exchange. You are responsible for the delivery costs.

Upon successful quality verification, you will receive a store credit equal to the full value of the product. This credit can be used to purchase any other product from Emora Fashion. We do not offer a return policy. However, we provide a flexible exchange policy valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
